01 When will I get paid after an accident?
After 14 days of your claim being approved.
02 Can I get cover if I’m self‑employed?

Yes! Virtual 24/7 GP access is included for all adults and children on your plan.

Yes, most everyday sports are covered, no surprise exclusions.
05 How long do I get paid for?
You will receive your income payment (for example, £2,250 on Gold cover) for three months from the date you’re unable to work due to the accident. Your fracture and rehabilitation payouts will be in addition to this.
06 What is Accident and Injury Cover?
Accident cover is a type of income protection that keeps money coming in if you can’t work following an accident or injury.
07 What does it cover?
This policy covers accidents and injuries (and sickness, if selected) that prevent you from working. This can include injuries at work, sports injuries or even accidents suffered during your day to day life.
08 How much does it pay out?
There are three levels of cover, Bronze, Silver and Gold. The pricing comparison can be found on our home page. For example, Gold has an income payout of £2,250 per month, £3,000 for fractures and £1,000 towards rehabilitation.
09How long does it take to get paid out?
Once your policy is live, you cannot make a claim for the first seven days. The waiting period for a claim is 14 days. However, payments for fractures and rehabilitation can be much sooner.
10 How do I make a claim?
To claim we ask that you contact our claims team on info@lifewithoutlemons.co.uk. Please quote your policy reference in the subject heading. Alternatively you can call us on 0113 841 1600
11 Do you ask medical questions?
No, we don’t ask any medical questions. It’s guaranteed acceptance.
12 Am I tied in to a contract?
